Aogang square tube mill is a high-efficiency, energy-saving intelligent pipe making equipment that can directly form strip steel into square or rectangular tubes, eliminating the traditional process of “round forming → reshaping.” The entire line features a high degree of automation, enabling fully automatic operation from uncoiling to packaging, and is widely used for producing MS pipes, GI pipes, and high-strength steel pipes.

Carbon Steel Tube Mill

The Carbon Steel Tube Mill is a highly efficient and fully automated production line designed specifically for manufacturing carbon steel welded pipes. It is capable of flexibly producing round tubes, square and rectangular tubes, as well as various shaped pipes. Using hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel strips as raw material, the line continuously and stably produces high-quality steel tubes through a series of processes including uncoiling, shear & end welding, accumulation, forming, high-frequency welding, sizing, straightening, cutting, and pipe collection.

H Beam Welding Line

The Aogang high-frequency welded H-beam production line is an efficient and flexible manufacturing solution that adopts High-Frequency Welding (HFW) technology. It enables fast production of lightweight and customized H-beams, widely used in structural applications such as factory roofs, greenhouses, and large-span light buildings.

API Tube Mill

Aogang API Tube Mill is a high-end production equipment specifically designed for manufacturing longitudinal welded pipes used in oil and gas transportation. It supports the production of high-strength steel pipes with an outer diameter ranging from 60mm to 165mm and a wall thickness of 2.0mm to 6.0mm. With its high automation and stable operation, this equipment is widely applied in oil and gas pipelines as well as structural support fields.
