Recently, Aogang successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a Φ60 high-frequency ERW tube mill production line in Africa. This marks the client’s first realization of localized steel pipe production in the region and a significant milestone toward industrial self-sufficiency.
The production line reaches a maximum speed of 100 meters per minute, with a single-shift annual output of up to 30,000 tons. It can produce pipes up to 63mm in diameter, meeting the needs of various industrial furniture applications.
The line features full-process automation, from coil loading, forming, welding, and sizing to cutting and product unloading, significantly improving productivity and stability.
Equipped with an advanced eddy current testing system for real-time weld seam inspection, ensuring pipe structural integrity and export-grade quality.
Integrated automatic stacking and bundling system enhances packaging efficiency while significantly reducing labor input and operational risks.
Core control systems use internationally renowned brands such as Siemens, Yaskawa, and Allen-Bradley, ensuring stable operation and easy maintenance of the entire line.
