The ERW 89 Tube Mill is a high-efficiency ERW Tube Mill designed for the production of small and medium-diameter welded steel pipes. It is suitable for round pipes with an outer diameter of 32–89 mm and wall thicknesses of 1.2–4.5 mm, and can also produce corresponding square and rectangular tubes.
This machine is widely used in industries such as GI pipe manufacturing, construction, automotive, general mechanical tubing, oil and gas, conduit systems, agriculture, and chemical applications. With a stable overall structure, it maintains reliable forming and welding quality under high-speed operation, meeting the requirements of continuous production.
The ERW 89 tube mill adopts a proven high-frequency electric resistance welding process. The entire production line is compact and well-arranged, with smooth transitions between strip forming, welding, sizing, and cutting, effectively ensuring forming stability and welding consistency during high-speed production. The line speed can reach up to 80 m/min, significantly improving productivity while maintaining product quality.
Based on Aogang’s long-term manufacturing experience in tube mill equipment, this model has been optimized in terms of structural design, key component selection, and overall line matching. The machine features high rigidity and stable operation, making it suitable for long-term continuous production.
