The ERW 89 tube mill is a high-efficiency pipe making machine designed for the production of small and medium-diameter welded steel pipes. It is suitable for round pipes with an outer diameter of 22–76 mm and a wall thickness of 0.9–4.0 mm, and can also produce corresponding square and rectangular tubes.
This machine is widely used in industries such as GI pipe manufacturing, construction, automotive, general mechanical tubing, oil and gas, conduit systems, agriculture, and chemical applications. The ERW 89 tube mill adopts a proven high-frequency electric resistance welding process. The entire production line is compact and well-arranged, with smooth transitions between strip forming, welding, sizing, and cutting, effectively ensuring forming stability and welding consistency during high-speed production. The line speed can reach up to 80 m/min, significantly improving productivity while maintaining product quality.
