The client is a major steel pipe equipment manufacturer in Mexico, primarily supplying pipe production equipment to the construction industry. In 2019, they purchased their first pipe production line from our company and achieved positive results. Recently, to expand their production capacity, the client placed another order for two 76 high-frequency steel pipe production lines, which have now been successfully delivered. The new lines have not only enhanced their production efficiency but also helped them further expand their market share in the Mexican steel pipe industry.
Line speed up to 80 m/min, single-shift capacity up to 45,000 tons, with a maximum pipe diameter of 76 mm
Covers the entire process from coil loading to finished product unloading
Integrated with an advanced eddy current testing system to ensure weld seam quality
Equipped with automatic stacking and bundling systems, significantly reducing labor costs
Fitted with motors and components from top international brands such as Siemens, Yaskawa, and Allen-Bradley
