Mexico 76 High-Frequency Steel Pipe Equipment

The client is a major steel pipe equipment manufacturer in Mexico, primarily supplying pipe production equipment to the construction industry. In 2019, they purchased their first pipe production line from our company and achieved positive results. Recently, to expand their production capacity, the client placed another order for two 76 high-frequency steel pipe production lines, which have now been successfully delivered. The new lines have not only enhanced their production efficiency but also helped them further expand their market share in the Mexican steel pipe industry.

24017 Cold Roll Forming Mill Installed in Brazil

The client, a large light steel structure construction company in Brazil, specializes in designing and fabricating steel structures for industrial plants, warehouses, and commercial buildings. With growing demand for light steel structures in the Brazilian construction industry, the client urgently required a high-capacity, high-precision, large-scale cold-formed production line to supply materials for multiple concurrent projects. Ultimately, the client selected Aogang's customized 24017 Cold Roll Forming Mill, a large cold roll forming line, to meet these needs efficiently.

Indian Client Procures Condenser Steel Pipe Machine

Our client for this project, a leading heat exchanger and condenser manufacturer in India, procured a Condenser Steel Pipe Making Machine from Aogang. They specialize in providing high-quality heat exchange solutions for the power, petrochemical, and refrigeration industries.

High-Speed Slitting Line Installed in Mexico

The customer is a Mexican oil industry enterprise serving the oil and gas sector. To supply its pipe manufacturing facility with high-quality slit strip steel, they procured a customized high-speed slitting line from Aogang.

Poland 150×150 mm Square Tube Mil

Aogang Tube Mill provided a customized 150×150mm direct-forming square tube production line for a large European steel structure manufacturing group (anonymity requested by the client). ERW 660 Tube Mill

ERW 660 Tube Mill (large-diameter welded pipe mill) is a high-performance equipment specifically designed for manufacturing large-diameter and heavy-wall steel pipes. It can stably produce longitudinal welded steel pipes with an outer diameter ranging from Φ406mm to Φ660mm, and also supports the production of square and rectangular tubes. This equipment is widely applied in industries such as construction structures, oil and gas transportation, automotive manufacturing, and heavy machinery, making it a key solution for efficient large-diameter steel pipe production.

ERW325 Tube Mill

The ERW325 tube mill is designed to produce round steel pipes with an outer diameter of 165mm–325mm and wall thickness of 3.0mm–14.0mm. It can also manufacture corresponding square and rectangular pipes. The line integrates processes such as decoiling, forming, high-frequency welding, sizing, and cutting, enabling continuous and efficient production. It is especially suitable for medium to large-size steel pipe manufacturing.

ERW 508 Tube Mill

ERW 508 Tube Mill is a high-performance steel pipe production line designed for manufacturing large-diameter welded pipes ranging from 325mm to 508mm. It is suitable for producing round, square, and rectangular steel tubes with high precision and stable production performance. ERW 273 Tube Mill

The ERW 273 Tube Mill is a high-efficiency straight seam welding machine designed for medium to large-diameter steel pipe production, capable of manufacturing round, square, and rectangular pipes with an outer diameter of up to 273 mm. It adopts mature high-frequency resistance welding (HFRW) technology to achieve continuous production from steel strip to finished pipe. The production line operates stably with high forming precision, making it ideal for large-scale manufacturing across various industrial sectors.

ERW 89 Tube Mill

The ERW 89 tube mill is a high-efficiency pipe making machine​ designed for the production of small and medium-diameter welded steel pipes. It is suitable for round pipes with an outer diameter of 22–76 mm and a wall thickness of 0.9–4.0 mm, and can also produce corresponding square and rectangular tubes.

ERW 127 Tube mill

ERW127 tube mill is designed for the production of round steel pipes with an outer diameter of 48 mm – 127 mm and a wall thickness of 1.5 mm – 5.0 mm, as well as corresponding square and rectangular tubes.
