Product Description

The ERW 508 Tube Mill is engineered for the production of high-strength welded steel pipes with advanced forming and welding technology. It can process carbon steel, HSLA, and AHSS materials, ensuring strong adaptability for different industrial applications.

This production line supports pipe diameters from Φ325mm to Φ508mm with wall thickness ranging from 6.0mm to 18.0mm, and square/rectangular tubes up to 255×255mm. It is designed for high efficiency, stable operation, and consistent product quality.

The mill adopts a modern FF forming process and is equipped with automatic adjustment systems to reduce roller change time and improve production efficiency. Siemens and Allen-Bradley motors are available as optional configurations for enhanced performance.

ERW 273 Tube Mill
