Product Description

This ERW tube mill integrates uncoiling, forming, high-frequency welding, sizing, straightening, and cutting into a complete automated production process. The line layout is optimized for smooth workflow between sections, ensuring long-term stable operation.

During the forming stage, the machine uses optimized roll design to gradually shape the steel strip, ensuring consistent pipe roundness and dimensional accuracy. The welding section features a high-frequency welding system with concentrated heating and high welding efficiency, guaranteeing reliable weld quality.
