Aogang Tube Mill Rolls are manufactured from high-quality cold-work tool steels such as D2 (Cr12Mo1V1), D3 (Cr12), and Cr12MoV. Secondary Forging Technology


Compared with conventional cast rolls, Aogang rolls are produced from high-density forged blanks and undergo a secondary forging process. This process refines the grain structure, increases material density, eliminates internal defects, and significantly improves fatigue resistance and service life.


High-Precision CNC Machining


Advanced CNC turning and precision grinding equipment ensure excellent profile accuracy and dimensional consistency. The profile tolerance is controlled within 0.02 mm, while the surface roughness reaches Ra ≤ 0.4 μm, helping reduce tube surface scratches and improve product quality.


Precision Heat Treatment Process


Through strictly controlled quenching and tempering processes, roll hardness is maintained at HRC 58–62. This provides an ideal balance between wear resistance and toughness, effectively preventing chipping, cracking, and abnormal wear.


Regrindable Design


Aogang rolls are designed with sufficient machining allowance and can typically be reground 3–5 times under normal operating conditions. After profile correction and regrinding, the rolls can restore excellent forming performance, significantly extending service life and reducing tooling costs.
