Product Description

Aogang Machinery specializes in the research, development, and manufacturing of welding and forming equipment. The H-beam welding line, based on High-Frequency Welding (HFW) technology, achieves not only high-strength and high-efficiency welding but also energy-saving and environmentally friendly performance.

Compared with traditional hot-rolled H-beams, the products manufactured by this line are 25% lighter, significantly reducing structural weight and foundation costs while maintaining strength.
The production process is highly automated, including precise assembly of flange plates and web plates, intelligent online adjustment, fixed-length cutting, and straightening. This ensures excellent straightness and weld strength, meeting modern construction demands for high strength, lightweight design, and flexibility.
