The High-Speed Slitting Line is an efficient system specially designed for metal coil processing. It is suitable for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal coils. The equipment enables high-speed and high-precision slitting, and is widely used in steel processing plants, automotive component manufacturing, construction materials, and industrial metal fabrication industries.

The High-Speed Slitting Line is engineered for high-capacity coil processing, with a maximum slitting speed of up to 500 m/min. The system can be professionally customized according to customer requirements.
The multi-roll leveling unit combined with a high-precision slitter head ensures excellent strip flatness, smooth edges, and burr-free cutting. It is suitable for processing steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and other materials with thickness ranging from 0.3–8 mm.
The entire line is equipped with a PLC + HMI control system, enabling fully automatic operation including uncoiling, leveling, slitting, and recoiling.
Intelligent tension control, scrap collection, and remote monitoring functions ensure stable continuous production, reduce manual intervention, and enhance both efficiency and equipment reliability.
The equipment adopts a modular structure and can be customized according to production capacity, coil specifications, and industry requirements.
