The Aogang medium gauge cut to length line is designed for precision processing of medium-thickness steel coils. It integrates uncoiling, leveling, servo feeding, precision cutting, stacking, and discharge into a fully automated production line, delivering excellent sheet flatness, accurate cut lengths, and reliable production performance.
The Aogang medium gauge cut to length line is designed for processing carbon steel, hot-rolled steel, cold-rolled steel, alloy steel, and high-strength steel coils. It is widely used in steel service centers, construction, automotive, machinery manufacturing, metal fabrication, and other industries requiring precision sheet production.
The production line can be equipped with flying shear or rotary shear systems according to different production requirements. Double or replaceable roller levelers provide excellent leveling performance while accommodating various material thicknesses.
