Product Description

This medium-duty cut-to-length production line is primarily used for decoiling, leveling, and precisely cutting hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel, high-strength steel, and alloy plates into desired lengths.

Depending on processing requirements, the line can be configured with either a flying shear or a rotary shear, and can be equipped with either a double leveler or a replaceable roller leveler to meet varying thickness requirements and leveling accuracy requirements.

The continuous production speed can reach up to 90 m/min, and the stacking and packaging systems support high-speed, non-stop operation. The high degree of automation significantly improves production efficiency and reduces manual intervention.
