Aogang's heavy-duty cut-to-length production line is specifically designed for processing heavy steel plates with a thickness of ≤25mm. It is suitable for uncoiling, leveling, and cutting to length hot-rolled steel, high-strength steel, stainless steel, and alloy plates. The equipment utilizes a high-rigidity leveler, high-power hydraulic/mechanical shears, and a high-strength stacking system to ensure high precision and efficiency even when processing large-format steel plates.
Heavy-duty cut-to-length production lines are widely used in the shipbuilding, bridge, energy, heavy machinery, and steel structure industries. Their main functions include:
Decoiling, leveling, and precisely cutting hot-rolled or cold-rolled heavy-duty steel coils to the desired length.
Equipped with hydraulically or mechanically movable shears, they support continuous shearing.
The leveler utilizes large-diameter rollers (typically 4HI or 5HI configurations) to ensure accurate leveling of thick plates.
Double levelers or interchangeable levelers can be configured as needed to flexibly handle varying thicknesses.
The enhanced stacking system can handle steel plates up to 18 meters long.
Capable of processing steel plates ≤25mm thick, meeting the needs of heavy industry.
Utilizes a large-diameter roller design to ensure flatness of thick plates, eliminating ripples and bulges.
Can be equipped with dual levelers and interchangeable units to accommodate a wide range of thicknesses.
