The Aogang Heavy Gauge Cut to Length Line is designed for precision processing of thick steel plates and heavy-gauge steel coils. The Aogang Heavy Gauge Cut to Length Line integrates uncoiling, leveling, precision feeding, cut-to-length shearing, automatic stacking, and discharge into a highly automated production line. It is widely used in shipbuilding, bridge construction, steel structures, heavy machinery, energy equipment, and steel service centers requiring high-precision heavy plate processing.
According to different production requirements, the production line can be equipped with hydraulic shears or mechanical shears. High-rigidity leveling systems with 4HI or 5HI roller configurations provide excellent leveling performance while accommodating various material thicknesses and high-strength steel materials.
For different processing requirements, the line can also be configured with double or interchangeable leveling units to improve production flexibility. Automatic stacking systems support steel plates up to 18 meters long, ensuring safe material handling, efficient production, and organized stacking.
