Its core products include door impact beams, body reinforcement components, battery tray frames, and other critical safety parts. To support production of these precision steel components, the company acquired Aogang’s steel pipe making machine, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and reliable pipe production.
Servo motor drive combined with a high-rigidity roll shaft system achieves forming accuracy up to ±0.05 mm, meeting the strict tolerance requirements of automotive safety parts.
